Question: I'm receiving double issues!

Answer: Please call the publisher directly via their customer service number found within the first few pages of the magazine. Try to have the mailing labels on your magazines available for reference when you call.

Question: I'm receiving the wrong publication!

Answer: We will correct the error. Please advise by mail or fax, which magazine you purchased so that we can make the proper adjustment. Please include your receipt or correspondence number if possible.

Question: I thought my magazine would be here by now.

Answer: Send us a copy of your receipt by mail or fax and we will check the status and advise you.

Question: When will I get my first issue?

Answer: As it states on your receipt, you should allow 90 to 120 days from the date of sale to receive your first issue. Most magazines usually start within 8 to 10 weeks, and some even sooner. Be sure to check your receipt for the correct address.

Question: I moved! How do I change my address?

Answer: All you need to do is contact us by fax, phone, or mail and we will change the address with the publishers on all of your magazine subscriptions purchased on our receipt. Remember it takes 4 to 6 weeks for the changes to take effect. Make sure you let your Post Office know. Be sure to include the receipt number on any and all correspondence.
