kjhkjhkjhk Eugene and Marni Welden - the managers of Unified Stars

The owners/managers of Unified Stars, Marni and Eugene Welden have been in the magazine business for fifteen years. They, too, started out as agents (which is how they met!) and worked their way up to field management before starting their own program. Mr. and Mrs. Welden wanted to share the positive experiences they had in the magazine business with others and started their company over seven years ago to do so.

Unified Stars, Inc is a job/business training company designed to teach self discipline, responsibility, self esteem, work ethics, personal growth, positive mental attitudes, and setting goals for the future. In short, we teach people to teach themselves.

We have found going door-to-door/business-to-business to be a great training ground to get hands-on experience in public relations and developing good communication skills. To complete training, our agents must accumulate 20,000 credits in the assigned areas, which teaches both goal setting and salesmanship by getting you to be a customer.

Each time one of our agents accumulates 10,000 credits, we give a $500 cash award. New agents get this award every month and everyone has the opportunity. We offer ample opportunities for bonuses within our company, showing our agents that their hard work is well-rewarded.

We are involved with helping the community in events like the 26-mile walkathon to cure cancer and leukemia, and are avid supporters of various charities and non-profit organizations. In addition to that, we are members of the National Field Selling Organization, which constantly strives to raise awareness and continuously improve the image of direct selling.

With the proceeds we earn from reading materials, we place ads in local newspapers and radio stations to recruit people who are interested in doing something for themselves. We purchase vehicles to transport ourselves and pay for room and board for the new trainees we hire until they are able to support themselves.
